December 2008. Ultimate countdown to Christmas.

Starting with... Musical Unity Week: Sophie Week 27

Season 4's final sophie week pays tribute to the season's ultimate music. The unity of the hits and the playlist of the possible final season gives us the very best of the year as it will now be coming to an end. Let's take a look at those ultimate moments... captured at the final ultimate sophie week!

Many moments for the week include the Christmas Party at Sophie Day 120, when I gave my friends home-made bars as Christmas present. We also had our three-day Third Quarterly Exams, whose pictures were taken during dismissal time, with close friend Samiela.

Now how do I observed the Musical Unity Week? While reviewing, I listened to all my favorite songs stored in my USB. I also gave time for me to watch music channels to be on the know on what's happening in the music scene. While baking those delicious gifts, we have to say goodbye to the Real Days! Why? Because the hits gave birth to the new days for Season 4 - Fab Days 2! And Sophie Week 27 was its first and only sophie week!

Coming up next... Sophie Christmas Weekend: 12.13-14.08

We had a mall party with the Sophie Sisters - lunch at Pizza Hut, watched Twilight, and more of having fun! It was followed by a Christmas Party for the whole Fairmount subdivision, then a sleepover at my friend Avonlea's house! It was already my third time. Her older brother came back here from another country, and that is one thing that made me excited about. We watched iCarly before we went to bed and Iplayed video games the following morning. Another Holiday weekend to enjoy!

Her second single, "Control", was released in November 2008. I hope it will do just as good as her previous one, "Love Song", last April. It was one of my favorite tracks from her self-titled debut album which I bought several months back, when the sophie days started.
Another milestone the current 2008 Season 4, which is about to come to an end, to be proud of!

A rumor has told

There's more to the magic than this...

..that only Sara knows. Many people may have linked me to different kinds of people, but did you know that two Sophies told me last Wishing Thursday and Sophie Weekend [ever since 11/13/08] that I have a crush on one of my Sophie Teachers?! How impossible!!!

To tell you honestly, I like him as my favorite Sophie Teacher. Alright! I might not notice it, but maybe I've got some little feelings for him as well. He's only 24, the youngest among the teachers, and he's just as old as one of my major celebrity idols! [just wait for January 31st!] He's some kind of a heartthrob among the Sophie Teachers. But that doesn't say that he's gonna take the person of my ever-loving Mimi - only Sara knows. I don't care anyway what those losers say, it's not a big deal [unlike what it was at first].

I posted this not because I like him, but because I got shocked when that issue first hit me.

Hope they'll forget this shocking rumor and move on to the magic*saralizhee

Sophie Day 96 // 11.5.08

The Sophie Days: Real World had just started last Sophie Day 96.

Happy Birthday... To those celebrating their birthdays on 11/5! La la...

It was, indeed, a very outrageous first day, as I had my ultimate quest to get my attire during the early afternoon hours...before finally making it to the MIS Cup! It had such a good story, but it was a very bad day. Anyways, I survived the final hours by enjoying the breakout game of the MIS Cup while listening and grooving to the good music!

Hey ya! Do you still remember the 11th commandment way back in Sophie Day 50? I'm glad they knew it...EVERYBODY DANCE NOW! Thou shalt do the DANCE, you know...

Sophie Day 97 // 11.6.08

It was generally a normally good day, but it doesn't actually have a great story. In other words, it was actually the opposite of that yesterday, Sophie Day 96. But we enjoyed the game as it became the longest sophie day for the New World, so far... We went home at nearly 6pm!

Game for Sophie Day 97: BASKETBALL. It was the only game I joined.

Sophie Day 98 // 11.7.08

Root [Route] of Passage to all the fun and stories of Sophie Day 98! But beware, Someone's Watching Over Me...so learn how to hide what you're supposed to hide and show what you're supposed to show.

An Ultimate High Friday with many great stories to tell. The first for the New World. I noticed one girl at that day who was so hoplessly romantic! What was the reason behind?! But, here's one good news! We had some ultimate fun during the final hours as the boys of Sophies08 was dancing the names of their...loved ones, despite some misunderstanding with my Sophie Sisters. Maybe hanging out with the Fresh Makers [Freshmen] is a good idea, after all! Also, my Korean friend and former classmate Hanna was back! She even treated me to apple shake [slurpee] courtesy of 7-Eleven!

Games for Sophie Day 98: BADMINTON, WALL CLIMBING, SPEED STACKING.
Well, I just mentioned that Sophie Day 98's got a lot of stories! Yes, there are. But the rest are already private, so just leave it all to me!

Sophie Day 99 // 11.10.08

Wake Up! Ultimate media freedom, guys!

CHEER and STOMP competition, everybody! But here comes the EXHIBITION GAME in basketball first...
Announced last Sophie Day 98, the game is actually for 12 high school students from various levels, also known as "Magic 12", competing against 12 teachers! Three students represented Sophies08, while only one gamed on for the Sophie Teachers... The Magic 12 was leading during the majority of the game, but the Teachers ended up winning the game with around 66 points! It's more like watching HSM3's music video for "Now or Never", as I recommend the song for that hour of Sophie Day 99!

So here comes the cheering! It was a very successful event, and people around the school! From Lower Elem... to Upper Elem... and finally to High School!







So what?! The Juniors came in first! Also known as the "Blue Pirates", the cheering third placer did an extraordinarily thrilling number! Well, normally good. But I like it when the boys dance to the tune of "Thriller"!

Next came the Freshmen a.k.a. "The Fresh Makers", who credited the candy Mentos as their sponsor! They actually did good as well, but it unfortunately wasn't enough to make the higher spots. They only won fourth place for the cheering.

Finally...the Sophomores and the Seniors came! Sophies08, also known in the competition as the "Hot Sophomores", did a very extreme number...as they end their cheering with confetti and the name SOPHOMORES flashing! They we're also, most probably, spent the most expensive in the competition! The Seniors a.k.a. "Red Crowns" or as I call them, the "Attitude Checkers", did a great performance as well. I was even shocked at that jumping part! That made me think that the Seniors might take home the trophy! But it was their stomping that I really enjoyed in their performance. That was totally the best they ever did! It was a very funny one, actually, and the one who shouted there was actually my not-so honey last Family Day, way back in Season 1!

And the winner for the cheering competition...is...the Seniors............had their very best performance so far, but the trophy actually goes to SOPHIES08! The Hot Sophomores deserve to be the winner for that competition. And even if the Seniors emerged the MIS Cup overall champion, we are already happy with another sophie success...after the Sophie Day 50 victory for the Sabayang Pagbigkas competition where Sophies08 also bagged the top prize.


The Sophie Teachers also acknowledged the Sophies about that achievement. It was truly another milestone in Sophie Days history. Congratulations Sophies! You've made it...1,2,3,4...let's go!!!

Life after that...the much-awaited, just happened Sophie Day 100! My first day for my WSP. Back to the regular sophie days. Too bad...or too good?! But one thing's for sure...somebody else died...HERE WE GO AGAIN!!! Salamat... [thank you]

Playhouse Disney is BACK!!!

Get Ready, Season 4... This is your ultimate time!!!

This is really it!!! The special preview for PLAYHOUSE DISNEY @ Channel 25 is finally back! You know, the one we had during 2008 Seasons 2-3, last May. The sophie days will never be the same without it... Too bad it's only until 11/15.

Another thing: Starting Sophie Day 96, The 2nd semester will make the CHANGE for the remaining sophie days! Our final beat of the sophie days for the year 2008... THIRD QUARTER is totally intrepid and totally real! And as for the FOURTH QUARTER, the sophie days @ 2009... [i guess] ultimate turns into posh! I'm not yet certain for the last quarter's theme, but I'm sure we'll be flying away at the year 2-0-0-9!

And by the way, November 11, 2008 - is SOPHIE DAY 100!!! The sophie days... 5 more sophie days and we're on to the 100th sophie day! Work study program... At the library... Oh well. Better watch out on what's happening... Now on 11/11...

Grand Ultimate Day @ 10/22!

Are you ready to take on the spotlight?!

The long wait is finally over! ♥ 64 days... Sure time really flies!

It's Christmas time everybody!!! [no need to wait for Halloween! haha... ^ ^]

From this year onwards, we'll take on the holiday season starting every October 22 of the year. This year was the GRAND ULTIMATE DAY for the 2nd Quarter, and today was also the breakout for the just-started Sophie Christmas [2008]. Today was another happy-but... [how do you say this: 'magulo'] day for me, that I even wish to go home and rest, relax from all the Sophie Day 90 [Yup. SOPHIE DAY 90!] mischief in the first place. You know, everything keeps control of my actions, but only for today, why don't you guys give me a chance... I WANT TO BREAK FREE!

I even ended yesterday and started today - crying, just because today was also THE BIRTHDAY of one of my Sophie Teachers whom I also considered as my special friend. But I ended up nothing to give, and I started to RELIVE the joys of the Grand Ultimate Day @ 10/22 [ultimate_rami_1022 - Gaia Online]. Anyways, I've already decided to postpone the gift for next week. [Sophie Day 93?!]

Now for the fun part: There was a privilege speech for our class in sociology [I am anti.] and there was supposed to be a continuation after recess. But another Sophie Teacher cancelled/postponed [I dont know.] the activity for the much awaited?! salo-salo - another birthday party experience for all October celebrants! [we've got many!]

1. Another heart-hearing?!/talk with the day's celebrant, about the ongoing misunderstanding between two of my closest friends. I agreed with his opinion that the one who always misinterprets them is the one who should say sorry. Thank you very much, whoever you are. =)

2. The CAKE FIGHT. I happily participated there but my close friend was in wrong timing for this. She wasn't supposed to get messed up with all that icing from the cake, for she has to go to the mall shortly afterwards.

3. A parody of the campaign: "CHILDREN AGAINST VIOLENCE". We've already seen the independent film "Boses" on Sophie Day 89, the day before the Grand Ultimate Day. [so PRECIOUS! =)] Before the movie was a commercial promoting the said campaign. [see those paper airplanes?!] Boys from Sophies08 [the new name for all of us Sophies...] were impersonating the children in the commercial, throwing paper airplanes everywhere and saying those famous lines, such as: "sana hindi na ako gawing ashtray", "sana hindi na ako uuntugin sa pader [?!]", etc...

The foundation of 2008 Season 4

Take me back to June 2008... ♥

You may be thinking that my baby Mimi [whom I got 'married' almost three weeks ago] was indeed irresistable?

Yup, my baby is. But did you know that he wasn't independent at starting our days and therefore (...), founded this year's fourth season?!

It all guys started way back... in Sophie Week 2 [06/16/08; approximately 5pm], when he made the breakout, the actual turning point for this year. I have to admit that my family was in some.. kind... of.... in a critical state at that time, as somebody from the family have started this incident and was the other one of the two people who laid to the foundation of the current season, the Ultimate Season. When that happened, I started to, 'have every bit of feelings for one of those people I know this year' because I, indeed, 'really deserve a new guy'. On June 18, 2008 [right after Sophie Day 6], the mastermind of the family crisis finally gave back, one step at a time... on a Wednesday! [The first Give Back On Wednesday]!

Honestly, I don't know the exact reason why that certain family problem intensified our days with my baby, but maybe it has something to do with the very dramatic emotion/mood of that incident, because it was a very tragic one... and that was only a couple of hours after I realize that he has everything that I look for in my ideal man. Isn't that a coincidence and that, of course, it makes you think more of baby Mimi that's why he made a breakout?!! I should thank the one behind the curse of Sophie Week 2 on behalf of the [evil?!!] he had done, but I'm hoping it won't happen again, for the succeeding sophie days and beyond!!!

If that incident didn't happen, the same old fab days will last... most probably until July. But there will always be a time to come and he'll also have his days. Only much later, but not much intense as that of today. But it may also have the same intensity as of today, maybe when we reach Sophie Days 17 or 53. Life after that made my days change as we already have Season 4 for the rest of the Sophie Days, as well as the year 2008... so let's go!

We went through 85 sophie days, and, guess what?! We've finally found out! Here he is now, because he was THE ONE for the Sophie Days!!!

God is good. Take time to enjoy it and not only to experience it. And here I am, now enjoying my sophie days with some little inspiration...

Last day... again.

My final 14 day!♥

It's about time to do this again...

The first part is about LIFE AFTER DREAMING, and those are the days after my dream came true. These are the days of Pre-I Love 2008, Perfect, and the majority of the Fabulous Seasons, plus the remaining days of the year 2007. The second part was called as the REDISCOVERY DAYS, pertaining to the sophie days, and it covers up the last Fabulous days as well as the entire Ultimate Season. It is also in that part of my 14 days when I knew again someone [as somebody... special?! You can't tell!] ever since the sophie days.

I'm in love... ♥

..with somebody I know very well, out there. But you'll better leave it all to me because It's my personal matter [in other words, don't you ever dare ask me who he is, because you just can't tell..]

Except the fact that I've got more feelings for him when I heard the news, that one of my club members died of heart disease. The deceased lass was a first year student and she was my ex-classmate when I was in Grade 3. We became close with that girl at that time. You won' believe it, because she's none other than Candice Joyce de los Angeles! You can call her Can-Can for short.

Presenting... Laarni Lozada, the Grand Star Dreamer of Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2!

She was known before as Laarni Losala, the Independent Woman from Sultan Kudarat. She's known for her versatility, as she can sing many musical genres, ranging from pop to classical. The power belter was also known for her high vocal range. The 23-year-old Grand Star Dreamer was, before, having difficulty adjusting with her fellow scholars, and now respected by her supporters, Dream Mentors, and her co-scholars as well.

She garnered a total of 651,696 votes, or around 35.21% of all the text votes. Joining her in the Academy Top Three were Bugoy and Miguel who gathered a total of 26.70% and 13.69% respectively. She now shares the title with Yeng Constantino.

Why don't we all together watch out for another star to rise?

As for the others, Thank you for your stay inside the Academy. You've learned a lot and you made it to the very end. All you have to do is to believe in yourself, that you are all winners at your own right.

And as for the winner of this night...

Congratulations Laarni! You finally realized your dream. You really deserve to be the Grand Star Dreamer!

Day 53: The happiest sophie day so far...

Dreams... I love it! ♥

..If most of Sophie Week 9 is one hot ultimate summer trip with my family, there at Boracay, ..then it's just the same thing happening on Sophie Day 53 of Week 12, this time with my class. I miss Gardenia (go, Gardie!), IRRI, Rizal Shrine, and most of all... ENCHANTED KINGDOM!!!

Let's start with Gardenia, which celebrates its 10th anniversary here in the Philippines. So that's why it's Rated 10! I really miss the ever-lovable Gardenia cutie, GARDIE!!!

I really enjoyed the trip so much, I enjoyed the rides such as Flying Fiesta, Anchors Away, Jungle Log Jam, and 4D!!! Space Shuttle?!?!?! I don't know. Well, maybe I'll try again.

But the big first in this event... was... Sophie Day 53 had its FIRST SOPHIE NIGHT, right after our EK experience, when we we're about to head home (to MIS). We we're having so much fun... even though they heard me sing "This Is Me"..very loud!!!

So nice the ULTIMATE SOPHIE DAYS...

My Week 9 experience is over for more than 3 weeks! Let me share you bits of what have happened during my 6-day ultimate quarter ender... I actually don't feel the summer breeze in my ultimate trip because of the joys of the sophie days! But luckily, we pushed through with the trip!!! I should be so lucky...

I ♥ Sophie Day 50!

The 11th commandment: Thou shalt do the DANCE! Everybody dance now!!! ♥

The Sophie Days has now gone to its first 50 days! It's half a hundred, don't you know... And all the Sophies should have been so lucky, because... the SECOND YEAR... won the Sabayang Pagbigkas competition held at the auditorium on Day 50!!! We we're driving so crazy after it was announced that our team won the said competition.. until unfortunately, one of my classmates fell on the stairs and had an accident. Too bad. :( But luckily, he recovered and decided to go home early. ..which means that the show must go on, the celebration continues, and IT'S TIME TO DO THE DANCE!!!

And you know, one of my teachers is the host of one of the most anticipated show of Academic Week 11... I have to admit, he's my favorite among all the teachers in high school!!! He really is, indeed, a good declaimer!!! Reciting out an excerpt of the piece the finalists will recite in the competition... and, he suddenly stopped... that the audience even laughed!!! ..thinking that he will finish the piece that he did very well.

I really love the ULTIMATE DAYS...

I've been in hiatus for more than 4 weeks..

..and here I am!

For the past 4 weeks of school [sophie weeks 4-7], I've enjoying school that much, but I really miss doing this thing.. Last Week 7 [Days 28-32; July 21-25, 2008] was one of the best weeks of the first quarter ever!!! I've got a bit part for our play by my club, the Theater Arts Guild! [TAG for short.]

Anyway, I still have to celebrate the 5 remaining days of first quarter. It was supposed to be 6, actually, since today was another extra summer day! And after the five last days ♥ guess what??!! I will be having my first plane ride to Boracay!!! This August 5-10!!! I'm the bridesmaid once again..
